Job Summary:
Software Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Instructional Facilities Design Specialist to participate in major projects that involve designing and implementing classroom, lab, and training room facilities. The ideal candidate will provide input into design concepts and alternatives, coordinate complex projects with clients, review project proposals and plans, and evaluate proposals or plans for consistency with development guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and design experts, advisors, and consultants to coordinate work and exchange information regarding facilities design, architectural planning issues, and policies.
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with design services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional facilities design.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least three years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing instructional facilities.
