Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in direct skills training for children and families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Child welfare experience
  • Proficiency in online systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to the organization's core values
  • Ability to pass background checks
