Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Chester County Hospital's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of neonatal specialists, providing exceptional care to our tiniest patients.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of NICU experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including one of the finest prepaid tuition assistance programs in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill neonates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neonatal care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in patient care

Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania RN License
  • CPR certification
  • NRP certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire)
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
  • BSN degree
