Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Corbett Exterminating's services, pricing, and proposals.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with field managers to develop and implement effective treatment plans for repeated customer problems.
  • Conduct regular research and follow-up on customer services to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a high-level customer service, administrative, or office assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and drive positive change.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
