  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided in accordance with agency policies

Requirements:

  • Current unencumbered licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state where services will be provided
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire date
  • At least one year of experience in home care nursing and two years of prior nursing experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends
