About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as PTO and reimbursement for CME expenses. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional dermatology care to our patients, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Build and retain relationships with patients by providing outstanding dermatology care and treating every patient with respect and compassion.
- Determine appropriate courses of treatment through listening to patient concerns and conducting physical examinations and biopsies.
- Develop expert knowledge of skin ailments, treatments, and products through shadowing providers, attending trainings, and seeking learning opportunities.
- Consult with physicians on appropriate treatments and protocols, and refer patients to Mohs surgeons or other providers as needed.
- Prescribe medications as necessary and record medical information and data in our practice's medical records system.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and be willing to fill in for other providers or float to other locations when needed.
- Partner-oriented and excited to help grow the practice.
- Positive attitude, hard-working, and a team player.
- Strong listening skills and open to feedback and training.
- Dermatology experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).
- Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment.
- Passion for helping patients and providing great care.
