Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellness Respite Associate to join our team at Collaborative Support Programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide supportive services to guests, helping them achieve their full potential and navigate crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized Wellness Plans to support guests in achieving their goals.
  • Provide residential counseling and support services to guests, promoting healthy coping strategies and socialization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with guests, family members, and community resources to ensure seamless support and advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to team protocols and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health and human services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health/human service discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong assessment skills, crisis management abilities, and a caring approach to working with individuals with mental illness.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Valid NJ driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Lived experience with mental health/substance use issues is highly valued.
