About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehab Liaison to join our team at Encompass Health. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with referral sources and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted business plan to drive census growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facilities
  • Assist with the coordination of the referral-to-admission process, ensuring seamless transitions for patients
  • Represent Encompass Health at community events and professional conferences
  • Utilize market analysis data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide educational in-services and presentations to referral sources and community groups on Encompass Health's services and outcomes
Requirements
  • Extensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and competitive analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Two or more years of experience as a clinician or tech within a healthcare environment
  • Current state professional licensure and CPR certification
  • CRRN certification preferred
