Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a targeted business plan to drive census growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facilities
- Assist with the coordination of the referral-to-admission process, ensuring seamless transitions for patients
- Represent Encompass Health at community events and professional conferences
- Utilize market analysis data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Provide educational in-services and presentations to referral sources and community groups on Encompass Health's services and outcomes
- Extensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and competitive analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of experience as a clinician or tech within a healthcare environment
- Current state professional licensure and CPR certification
- CRRN certification preferred
