We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Busser/Food Runners at Neighborhood Restaurant Partners (NRP), a leading franchise of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. As a Busser/Food Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, and help with clearing tables.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but we can train the right candidate.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (or where alternative options are applicable).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
