Job Summary:

PIC Group is seeking a skilled Site Administrative Documentation Control Representative to join our team on an active construction project in central California.

This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support, preparing and maintaining project reports, and reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior working experience on an active construction project, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative and accounting tasks for the construction project.
  • Assisting the construction manager with office management.
  • Maintaining an organized site purchasing log for materials and rental items.
  • Storing documentation on project cloud-based applications.
  • Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy prior to payment.
  • Maintaining effective communication between site, contractors, project management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • Prior working experience on an active construction project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with emphasis on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work on site every day.
