About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Nurse Aide Supervisor to lead our team of certified nursing assistants at the Montana Veterans' Home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service to our residents. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Certified Nurse Aide Supervisor will include:
* Providing direct supervision and guidance to certified nursing assistants
* Conducting regular performance evaluations and coaching to improve employee performance
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction
* Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Montana CNA certification
* Five years of CNA experience, preferably in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
* Basic knowledge of supervisory and management techniques
* Supervisory experience

Compensation and Benefits
You will be offered a competitive salary of $67,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. In addition, you will have opportunities for advancement and professional growth within our organization.
