Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Team Assistant to join our team at Austin TX HOS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and their families, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communication with patients and families.
  • Assist with patient care tasks, such as vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Requirements:
