Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN to join our team as a Neuro Rehab Coach Supervisor at the OhioHealth Neuro Transitional Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches, providing direct patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transitional rehab program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide Neuro Rehabilitation Coaches in providing high-quality patient care and implementing treatment plans.
  • Assist with daily operations, including staff supervision, patient transportation, and suite management.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels and patient needs are met.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and coworkers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state driver's license in good standing.
  • Certified BLS completion required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a residential care facility or rehabilitation environment, preferably with brain injury population.
  • Ability to delegate and problem-solve effectively.
