Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and sales processes to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions, including Design, Production, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Partner with Design and Production to ensure designs are adaptable, costs are measured, and concepts are clearly defined.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel sales, preferably with department store or national chain stores.
  • Intermediate-Advanced skills in Retail Math, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
