Pavement and Construction Equipment Technician

Assure Parking is a growing company with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented Pavement and Construction Equipment Technician to join our team in Memphis, TN.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment, including tractors, bulldozers, excavators, and rollers, to ensure efficient and safe operation at our parking facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and repairing equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Inspecting equipment regularly to identify potential issues
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to coordinate work schedules and tasks
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
