Responsibilities- Supports the implementation of industrial hygiene standards and contributes to achieving company targets.
- Provides leadership and expertise to the Regional SHE&S team, defining knowledge gaps and developing competences.
- Leads the regional Industrial Hygiene network and collaborates with external service providers.
- Supports the investigation and follow-up of health incidents, fostering a culture of cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Monitors progress and performance in industrial hygiene within the region.
- Knowledge of and experience in industrial hygiene, with in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and international best practices.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in industrial hygiene in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Managerial and social skills, with excellent advisory skills and a drive for performance.
- Good knowledge of local IH/OH laws and regulations.
