Job Summary

As a Respiratory Therapist (RT) at Avera, you will join a mission-driven organization with a great company culture, and team environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding care to a variety of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver care with a team passionate about quality patient outcomes
  • Appreciate an active, challenging care environment that requires critical thinking
  • Provide respiratory therapies, education & companionship with patients as well as their families
  • Develop relationships with patients and their families
Requirements
  • Certified/registered or eligible to be certified/registered in CRT or RRT
  • NRP and BLS Certification within 6 months of employment
  • Licensure for Respiratory Care according to South Dakota regulatory requirement
Work Schedule

12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, every other holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $39.50 per hour, dependent upon experience.
