We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Broadcast Network to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and developing preliminary solutions to support customers' technical requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. They will be able to develop and implement broadcast solutions that meet customers' technical requirements, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide technical expertise to customers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement broadcast solutions that meet customers' technical requirements;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results;
  • Provide technical expertise to customers, including design, installation, performance, and monitoring of broadcast systems;
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and execute strategies to grow our broadcast business.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in either Electrical Engineering or a related field required;
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required;
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a proven capability to work well both independently and with others to solve problems.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 per year.
