Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, collaborating with community providers to ensure continuity of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for children with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to support family-centered care.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, and parent groups as a member of the trans-disciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
