Customer Service Manager

At Peach Plumbing and Drain, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent service-oriented customer experience. Your goal will be to communicate with each customer to help create value and service for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-call customers before the plumber arrives to help them understand their situation and expand their expectations.
- Dispatch all calls to the appropriate plumbers at scheduled times, ensuring all delays and changes are communicated to the customer.
- Help plumbers diagnose issues and hold them accountable for a full diagnosis and options presented to the customer.
- Communicate solutions and options to the customer and follow up with them within 24 hours if they do not accept any options.
- Learn and use CRM and Voxer App to document all job activities and communications.
- Ensure plumbers are professional in appearance, mentality, and attitude before sending them to customer homes.
Requirements
- Three plus years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Care about people and have sales experience.
