  • Manage Crew Schedules: Review and coordinate crew schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal resource allocation.
  • Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of Class B equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with branch management, customers, and employees as needed to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support, including using tree and landscaping tools, operating heavy equipment, and safely driving crews to and from job sites.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the arboriculture industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid CDL license class B, medical card, and first aid plus CPR certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, effective oral and written communication skills, and familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Ability to communicate in Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including weather conditions, heavy lifting, and extensive walking.
