Job Overview

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.20

Position Summary:

The Cage Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service at the primary bank and self-service cash redemption kiosks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Main Bank and Cage Cashiers.
  • Provide coverage for Main Bankers and Assistant Cage Managers during breaks and meal times.
  • Manage the replenishment of self-service cash redemption kiosks and address any maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain inventory levels for Instant Lottery games.
  • Acquire knowledge of all aspects of the Assistant Cage Manager, Main Bank, and Count Supervisor roles to effectively cover shifts.
  • Adhere to New York State Video Lottery regulations, Internal Controls, and Operating Procedures.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Comprehend the organization's goals and vision.
  • Handle large monetary transactions with accuracy.
  • Exemplify the company's guest service standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including providing support as a Cage Cashier.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of banking and cage operations is beneficial.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a New York State Gaming License.

Additional Skills:

  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, and record management.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and swing shifts may be necessary.
