In this role, reporting to the Inside Sales Director, you will engage in a range of clerical, invoicing, and administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting the planning, scheduling, and invoicing processes for RTS.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Inputting MDM tasks related to customer setup, modifications, or updates.
  • Processing invoices and credit/debit memos for RTS clients using various software systems, including Oracle and Esker.
  • Reviewing, assessing, and processing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing accounts receivable support, including processing requests for proof of delivery and investigating invoice rejection notices.
  • Executing data management tasks in the Division Pricing Tool, such as entering quarterly price adjustments.
  • Generating price lists for clients and collaborating with outside sales to maintain them based on PPW adjustments.
  • Setting up and adding items to price lists that were not automatically applied.
  • Completing Esker data management tasks, including new customer setups and modifications to existing profiles as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Paper Division quality control team to resolve issues by processing customer reimbursements and/or re-billing documents.
  • Assisting in obtaining tax exemption certificates and entering tax credits when applicable.
  • Utilizing technology tools to document customer specifications, inventory reviews, part creation, sales order entry, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Entering purchase orders for conversion services with external vendors and processing payments against those orders.
  • Managing third-party invoicing for relevant accounts.
  • Establishing a notification process for change orders between customer service representatives and plant personnel.
  • Monitoring late orders and facilitating communication between customer service representatives, outside sales, and plant personnel.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work independently with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Show a willingness to assist in various business functions as needed.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse disciplines and personality types.
  • Have the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot errors within those systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone and email communication skills.
  • Are proficient in email and the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams and Excel.
  • Preferably have familiarity with paper manufacturing characteristics such as shipment weight, lineal feet, grade, and caliper.
  • Hold a four-year degree or possess equivalent experience.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, office administration, or a related field.
Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position starts at $50,490.
