Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional monitoring support to all clients, aiming for the highest level of home security.
  • Respond to various emergency and non-emergency camera events, engaging with customers through direct communication or email.
  • Utilize critical thinking to assess situations, resolve issues, provide information, and coordinate emergency services when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering clear and concise data into our computer system.
  • Review and annotate images promptly, ensuring tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Stay informed about company policy updates and participate in ongoing training.
  • Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses during the training program.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and monitoring-related assessments.
  • Preferred experience of 6 to 12 months in a monitoring role.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to remain composed and provide reassurance during high-pressure situations.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate and prioritize situations effectively.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to contributing to company objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules and procedural documents.
  • Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in a structured setting.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work 100% on-site.
  • Must successfully pass background checks to meet state licensing requirements, which may include a review of criminal history.
