Job Overview:
  • Facilitate the development, automation, and execution of application portfolios.
  • Oversee infrastructure management, environment setups, build and deployment processes, and resolve build-related challenges.
  • Conduct build and deployment operations across various testing, development, and production environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot web layers, operating systems (AIX, Redhat Linux/CentOS, Windows), IBM WebSphere, Job Scheduler, Dynatrace, and associated technologies.
  • Engage in tasks such as automation, maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, and configuration of AWS EC2 instances, along with Ansible script setups.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineers, Operations, Maintenance Teams, and Database Administrators to ensure optimal environmental performance and functionality.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in managing J2EE applications within WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, and Jboss environments.
  • Hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows Server platforms.
  • Strong expertise in virtual hosting, clustering, and load-balancing technologies.
  • Understanding of application hosting, VM tuning, application tracing/debugging, and deployment processes.
  • Experience in configuring container resources, security setups, J2EE application building/deployment, and automation technologies.
  • Ability to evaluate hardware specifications, conduct platform sizing/capacity planning, and manage AWS EC2 instance creation and configuration, along with Bitbucket/Git and CI/CD Pipelines.
