Job Title: Clinical Office Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Office Specialist to join our medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our physicians and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records
  • Prepare examination rooms and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate laboratory testing and follow up on results
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or a similarly recognized certifying organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
