Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist, Outpatient to join our team. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing physical therapy services to patients and assisting them in reaching their highest level of physical independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based modalities and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT degree.
  • Current Georgia Physical Therapist License and BLS certification through AHA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and continuing education opportunities.
