About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff to ensure they meet Dining Services quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, food, personnel, and equipment records, and run and review reports as necessary.
  • Act as liaison between building Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff, communicating directives effectively and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions, and address equipment/cleaning product needs and malfunctions in a timely fashion.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred, with two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision.
  • Specialized training in Dining Services management and nutrition is desirable, as is the ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
  • Capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment, with highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Successful P&L and budgetary management skills, with exceptional organizational and time management skills and a proven track record of growing accounts.
