Job Overview

As a Field Service Technician with Synerfac Technical Staffing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' industrial equipment. This is a hands-on service position that requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to emergency repair calls and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Install new equipment and perform upgrades to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background required.
  • Previous experience performing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and equipment installations preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel daily required.
  • CDL license preferred, ability to obtain one required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout the day required.
