Your Role as General Manager:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work 45+ hours a week, including weekends.
• Physical ability to work on your feet for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive attitude, sense of urgency, and a smile are a must

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $48,000-55,000
• Full-time Position
• In-Person Work

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Experience:

• Store management: 2 years (Required)
• Car wash experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Valid Drivers License required
