### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing units. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and you will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the delivery of patient care services for assigned units, ensuring efficient and effective operations
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee high-quality patient care
* Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in nursing required
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
