About the Role:
Cypress Health Partners is a leading provider of physical therapy in the Northeast, seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as Part-Time In-House Counsel. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success of a growing healthcare leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts with a primary focus on leases, vendor agreements, and employment contracts. They will also provide legal support for managed service agreements and assist in organizing and monitoring payor agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

We are looking for a licensed attorney with strong experience in contract negotiation and organization. Familiarity with leases, employment law, and managed service agreements is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time schedule.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
