- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and abilities.
- Provide hands-on therapy and support to patients, including exercises, activities, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- NYS license as a certified occupational therapy assistant.
- Clinical experience in sub-acute rehabilitation is desired.
