Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with various debilitating diagnoses, including TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, and orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to follow.
  • Supervise COTAs daily and provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting.
  • Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
