About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the producer's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the producer and other team members, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on tasks.
  • Take accurate notes during meetings and production discussions, documenting all details.
  • Maintain organization, keeping track of project deadlines and milestones to ensure smooth progress.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks efficiently, providing support to the producer in both professional and personal capacities.
Requirements
  • Passion for film producing and the entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in various locations as required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Previous experience in film production or a related field is advantageous.
