As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:


• Providing expert support for our O365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Box platforms, leveraging your knowledge of advanced configuration settings at the enterprise level and security best practices.


• Delivering tier III support for troubleshooting issues related to Intranet, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Mural, Box, and O365, thereby enhancing the operations of our program.


• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with business partners while promoting the adoption of our collaboration tools and platforms.


• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, merging business insights with technical solutions.


• Working alongside technical teams to contribute to the strategic design and architecture that meets business objectives.


• Developing comprehensive technical documentation for support teams and clients.


• Actively researching and assessing tools and technologies relevant to our collaboration environment.

Qualifications:


• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive, as well as other cloud-based solutions.


• Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud solutions, particularly with experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and content migrations.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues collaboratively.


• Administrative experience in managing and supporting Box enterprise environments, including user account management, report generation, integration of third-party applications, and security and permissions oversight.


• Extensive experience in troubleshooting, support, and ticket analysis using the ServiceNow platform.


• Capability to lead project implementations, overseeing architecture designs and solution strategies.


• Proficiency in presenting product and solution information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other project stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Expertise in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documentation.
