Perdue Foods, a leading company in the premium protein industry, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and electrical systems.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $46,000 - $64,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly wages ranging from $22.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on shift, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to perform assigned maintenance duties, including maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment to ensure proper operation. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting manufacturers' equipment manuals, performing equipment adjustments and repairs, and monitoring performance to identify potential problems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
