Job Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000/year

Overview:
We are in search of a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, preferably with a Texas license or eligible for reciprocity. While our primary locations are in Austin, Frisco, or Arlington, we welcome applicants from other areas.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and collect project data related to MEP/S projects.
2. Perform calculations and prepare notes for integration into plans.
3. Design basic electrical layouts.
4. Develop plans, details, and Opinions of Probable Costs.
5. Mentor and train junior engineers.
6. Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all work.
7. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Must have passed the Professional Engineer exam and provide a PE number.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit/BIM is preferred.
- Previous experience in electrical design within a consulting environment is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of design experience in infrastructure projects, excluding Oil and Gas, is necessary.
