Job Title: Manager, MDM & Data Governance

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Manager, MDM & Data Governance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering tools and technologies that align with our Data Governance and MDM strategy across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality and governance roadmaps, including test automation and data remediation.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to define key data quality routines and process-level controls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and identify training needs for all data users.
  • Design and document architecture at multiple levels and across multiple views.
  • Translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions.
  • Liaise with IT and business stakeholders to demonstrate data assessment and integration for Informatica MDM.
  • Validate data integration challenges and perform exception handling.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in MDM / Data Governance within the Pharma / Life sciences domain.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and programming background.
  • Good knowledge of Big-Data frameworks and related technologies.
  • Experience in implementation of Python, SQL, and data quality post-integration.
  • Strong ability to handle large volumes of patient data independently.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Technology in CS&IT.
  • Masters in pharmacy with industry experience.
  • Graduate Program in AI/ML from a reputed institution.
