Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Country Meadows of Northampton Assoc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques.
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to a high standard.
• Understand and comply with our standard recipes, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Ensure the quality of food at all times.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and maintain sanitation.
• Clean all equipment according to cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Document and complete food and temperature records.

Requirements:

• At least one year of cooking or culinary experience.
• Flexibility to adjust to the needs of our residents.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
