Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Country Meadows of Northampton Assoc. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

• Prepare and cook a variety of recipes using broilers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all prep work is completed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Understand and consistently follow our standard recipes, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food at all times.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including equipment and sanitation.
• Document and complete food and temperature records.

• At least one year of cooking or culinary experience.
• Flexibility to adjust to the needs of our residents.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level that allows for safe and efficient job performance.
