This role is crucial for our operational success. The Site Operations Manager will oversee daily activities at either a large facility or multiple smaller locations, ensuring the efficient, precise, and high-quality delivery of services and products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and nurture team members through effective onboarding, open dialogue, training initiatives, and performance evaluation processes; foster a positive work environment and ensure adequate staffing with the necessary skills.

2. Review backorder reports and manage production timelines, coordinating resources to minimize delays and ensure the quality of delivered items.

3. Generate inventory transfers and production requests to align with set production timelines and service standards.

4. Prepare all necessary documentation, complete required tasks, and manage the electronic processing of finished products while adhering to applicable regulatory standards.


5. Address customer requirements and expectations by maintaining product quality, appropriate inventory levels, and effective staff interactions.


6. Conduct site evaluations and annual inventory assessments. Regularly communicate with management, sales teams, and clients regarding operational matters.


7. Mentor and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing communication, training opportunities, and performance management; maintain high employee morale and ensure the team is adequately equipped with essential skills.


8. Travel to new site locations within the region to train personnel, establish operational procedures, and assess customer needs.


Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.

• Experience within a healthcare environment.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive and will vary based on the candidate's location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also include bonus and/or incentive opportunities.
