Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Dialysis position in the Newark, NJ area. This is a full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunity with a competitive salary range of $70,920 to $117,990 per year.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute dialysis, catheter, graph, and fistula care, collect blood vials, hemodialysis, or peritoneal dialysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
  • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
