  • Suggest and implement design improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Identify and resolve potential problems, providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in introducing new projects into manufacturing, including training and work instructions, to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Lead safety meetings and maintain departmental awareness of company safety policies, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Communicate with vendors as required to ensure timely and effective delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
