About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans. Your expertise will help patients recover from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities, enabling them to regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment and training for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to develop and revise therapy treatment programs
• Develop and implement conditioning and rehabilitation programs consistent with physicians' plans of treatment
• Adjust treatment as needed to achieve maximum results
Requirements:
• Masters degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• PT licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• One year's experience in hospital or home health preferred
