Job Summary:

Omega Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing SAP Human Capital Management projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You will be responsible for managing SAP HCM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Analysis and Solution Development: You will analyze clients' current processes and develop and implement solutions to improve their Human Capital Management capabilities.
  • System Landscape Management: You will manage clients' SAP HCM system landscapes, including customizing and continuously improving existing processes.
  • Support and Expertise: You will provide support for the application of the SAP HCM system, including training and guidance for key users and end-users.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You have several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Customer Service: You have excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: You are highly analytical and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Travel: You are willing to occasionally travel to client locations, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
