Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a CNA, you will work one-on-one with clients to assist with daily living activities, monitor their health status, and maintain accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report changes in client health status to the supervising nurse
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space
Qualifications
  • Colorado CNA license
  • Home health experience preferred
