Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at Industrial Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of flexographic presses, ensuring high-quality products and effective management of material and product waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate flexographic presses, focusing on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and material management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the press is stocked with necessary materials, enabling focus on producing high-quality labels.
  • Lead initiatives in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality systems, driving innovation and process improvement.
  • Contribute to an innovative culture, developing new products and solutions for our customers.
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of experience in printing, with flexographic experience highly preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to think critically about equipment operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.
