We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Lead Financial Advisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for Advisors
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
