Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Lead Financial Advisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for Advisors
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
