**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Attendant to join our team at Walden Place- A Senior Lifestyle Community. As an Assisted Living Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
  • Follow the schedule of residents' needs set out by the supervisor and provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Document daily logs of assistance and inform the supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and respect residents' confidentiality.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency equipment and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with the Health and Wellness Director to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional care to our residents.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to resident care, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Health and Wellness Director.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Health and Wellness Director to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.
  • Ability to participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional care to our residents.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being.
